Considering jap not bad, power is good but fc is bad..... Must try out all ur targets before make decision. Anyway I use to change ride every 1-2 yr until forstie so far hard to find another jap that provides the space and power. Modibility is high too if u r into mod

Hello bros, I'm looking to change car due to the high mileague (70K) and the fact that it is 2.6 years old. Ok I know that is a bad excuse [:p]

Anyway now if sell off my car should be ard $50K, minus the loan and depreciation should get back around $20K.

Looking at budget $80-$90K car at max, at least late 08 model (same as my car's age).

Deciding between few options: as they seemed to be quite bang for bucks, ie. depreciate the most. Am I the only one facing this problem, or do I have company? The list seemed to grow longer by the day! :D

Mazda 6

Teana

Forester

Mazda6, handling not bad but the power wise is not so amazing for 2.0L.

Teana, comfy, spacious, high OMV and it will be best to get at least 2.5v for the power.

Forester, quite a boring look, i will opt for Legacy 2.5T GT instead.

among above three, my choice -> Teana then Mazda6 then Forester.

Bro, budget 80-90K max, I can probably down 60K, including the est 20K to be taken nack from my current ride.

I don't want to stretch myself too much although I'm also getting car allowance.. But understand la this 40K can be used to invest, just that sometimes client come over, abit malu..

oh, understand.

Are you referring to the 2.5L version? The 2L version rather underpower IMO.

Yes. The 2.5L model. 2L model never drive before. Looks nice outside but without steering wheel audio control and HID lights. The rest almost the same.

authorised

bmw 320 - 200k

c class - 169k

a4 - 190k

If 3 series will be 318.. I think I would prefer Teana to that.. I will go for a test drive for 2.5L Teana and the Forester this week.. Probably 09 Teana or new Forester.. Lol

If I buy the Mz6, I would buy a 2nd hand 2.5L for the minimal price diff!

just take note that not all Teana got GPS, probably 09' onwards got.

OMV is another factor. for 2.5v, should be around $32k or more.

price hovering $95k. =p

I think the Teana offers the most value off due to the weak resale value.. Now Renault seems attractive to me too. What a headache!
