kns... if thats is really the case, then the victim really cmi liao. .. expect to see a huge hike on his renewal...anyway, 1 thing i really dont undestand, if fully u turn and the car hit the back, it should be straight forward case, the car from the bak hit the rear is 100% liable for the accident.... why 50%-50%??

maybe aviva saying he U turning never wait for turn arrow.

maybe its because, the vehicle making the U-turn should have given way to the oncoming vehicle and not had shot out this way, resulting in the collision?

just use MCF insurance quote... they will find you a few quotes and compare... u may also use directasia to check the price and compare the quote u got.

from what i undestand, if not fully u-turned and the car from the back hit the side of the "u-turn car" side, then its the fault of the "u-turn" car... but if the vehicle that is making a u-turn already fully "u-Turned"... than it is the vehicle at the rear that is at fault bcause he fails keep a safe distance......

heng I came across this thread. Was tempted to change over to Aviva cos of the premiums.

I think they're really quite kuku over the modifications thing. Asked them if in car camera is considered a modification, they say it is, if it's directly connected to the battery! Win liao, like that also considered modified!

Very simple for Aviva.

Anything that doesn't come out from the factory with the car is considered mod.

No two ways about it. Take it or leave it.

Ahahahaha!!!so it means ALL cars cannot claim from Aviva!!!!

can, pass their mod test can claim, cannot pass then eat papaya

then load a pile of "shi t" to pay the other party or repair your own car

cause alibaba will give a certificate letter to compliment the mod and refund

if pass claim cost, if fail get a compliment letter, win win

IU is not factory-installed! So, void also?

If you put IU cover and kena accident, VOID!!! If cash card put inside IU after you go home, VOID!!! Car loss no compensation. They will find a way to prove that you have a habbit of putting cash card inside IU after locking the car.
