Check for a physical switch which may have the icon of an 'comm tower'. It might have been switched off. Mine had the same problem when it was returned from servicing as the tech switched it off. I was using a after market power adaptor(AC/DC) then, went back my room and use back the original acer, and everything is back to normal again. Any logic in this......???
