Anyone know where to get a set of spigot rings? Tyre shops available?

 

Went to change two of my tires, found one of my rims missing a spigot. Not sure when this happen, could be during one of the rotations.

Spigot ? is it those round center ring?

if yes , most establish rim shop should have spare to sell, unless those unusual typre which you mayneed to custom make
