India: A love story - voice dubbing??

WTF....was watching the new channel 5 India A love story.

The voice dub was freaking unnatural. I just can't listening to it.

Its like listening to Ben Ten or Power Ranger voice over......so american cartoony drama mama.....so unreal!!

 

The voice really spoil the mood of the show.

 

Decided not to carry on watching it.

I don't think any of the cast are even Indian - they're all Brazilians. And it's dubbed from Portuguese (Brazil's main language) to English.

 

It's such a stupid show - having Brazilians portray Indians is the most retarded thing. Try doing the equivalent now in Ang Mor land - have whites portray blacks. It's called "blackface" and it's bound to create a real sh*tstorm. The analogy is not perfect, but it's equally retarded. Hollywood has pulled this kind of crap in the past - and they've done it to the Oriental races too - e.g. that Mickey Rooney character in "Breakfast at Tiffany's". I also think Hollywood considering Chinese, Japanese and Korean actors interchangeable is retarded, BTW.

 

Anyway, why are you even watching MediaCorpse?

Considering that it's a Brazilian show set in India and dubbed in English, I don't think even MediaCorpse knows what category of people they're supposed to be catering for anymore. They're as confused as the MIW 60.14% of our confused population endorsed.
