I think 0545/0600 hrs should be ok, though be mentally prepared for jam, hopefully less than 1hr. Let all try to meet on time 0545hrs, and move out latest 0600hrs. I think 4am/5am may be a bit too early, especially we will have a long day exploring the places of attractions.

 

iirc, estimate only, 10kg of MSW-equivalent x RM18/kg = RM180.

Plus, buffet = RM40/pax adult.

Hotel should be able to accept CC payment. I will also pay with CC.

 

It is ok for takeaway durians without refrigeration. Suggest to takeaway "unopen" durians. You may even inform SKY how many days you want to keep the durians before eating. They will try to select some "not so ripe" durians for you. Once back home, remove the durians from the bags for adequate ventilation, away from direct sunlight

There would be one group heading back to SG at their "own pace". You are likely to be in this group ?

The rest will follow me for a leisure drive back, maybe stopover Jusco Bt Indah for shopping/dinner.

Last year when we were at SKY, I cannot remember whether they pack the durians, because we takeaway "unopen" durians. You can try to bring your own tupperware. Personally, I prefer "unopen" durians in their natural amour. And drinking salt water from the durian husk is said to dispel the heatiness of durians.

If you prefer, then join the group driving at own pace which is likely to be chiong pace

 

Anyway do not need to be anxious and rush because the durians are. Protected by the natural armour. Last year I drove back at speed limits. Still ok.If you are anxious, your durians also become stressed
