Ya, you are right, they do have Prius Alpha in Prime Taxi. Imported in by their sister company.

 

Anyway, I had checked with LTA, was told that the CO2 emission was tested at 96g/km, which the CEVS falls under $15K rebate. However, I forgot to asked when was the last test conducted and on which model.

Hybrid car from PI, most troublesome part is the battery, will they provide 10 years battery warranty as AD?

And other maintenance skills not that kind good as AD workshop. My 2 cents.

No. Too expensive, estimated between $150k to $158k depending on COE. NOT worth.

i see two actually when i drive around.

1 is white, SKP-registered. always around Tampines.

the other is SB*-registered.

and of course, the rare orange Prime Taxi Prius Alpha.

It's around $10k more than the normal prius which i feel is an acceptable premium to pay for the extra space and utility.

 

If anyone is keen to explore this do let me know, I can hold out for another year to try to get this model, failing which I'll likely settle for jade hybrid.

Paper Specs (98hp, 142nm torque) not very impressive but I suppose it shld be sufficient for a hybrid?
