Isn't it clear enough still have say it over & over again?

We want ACTION done, not emphasing the same old same old motherhood statements again & again PLEASE??!!

As for his own GRC's 40% of voters going against him, if he is still puzzled about the reasons, I feel very sorry to SDP's A-Team that lost to him.

Communication as in listen to the people, not talk to the people and explain policies after it has been decided. Hope that get it right this time.

Did they really hear our voice? The voice of people asking to replace TPL with GY , the unhappy voice of people about double standard practise by ED, the voice of people about TPL breaching ED rules 3 times on cooling-off day. These are not voice of people huh? Or is it not loud enough?

I am 100% with you on this one but knowing their style of I-know-all-you-know-nothing way, it will be biz as usual after the GE.

VB has been the Chairman of the "Remaking Singapore" committe since 2002 (9 years), National Youth Council since 2003 (8 years), and Minister for Community Development since 2004 (7 years).

Looks like he had a lot of time to ensure good "communication with citizens"...

talk is cheap. the first thing in their mind after graduation is

a. how much is my starting salary

b. how much will my salary be after a few years

c. when can i achieve $M dollars salary

i guess for ministers to pursue happiness should take at least 50% cut in their salary [laugh]

"You can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk".

At the graduation ceremony at Republic Polytechnic, Dr Balakrishnan told graduates of an uncertain future, with more challenges and opportunities ahead. He also told them that family was more important than money in their pursuit of happiness.

Tan Jee Say should have copyrighted his "motherhood" term. Now everyone is using it.

As Dr Ang says: "PAP gong gong liao ah! PAP wan an liao ah!"

It may sound silly, but Dr Ang was spot on!

Although Dr Ang sounded more like his patients raving away in the speech, he was in fact speaking the language of the uncles and aunties at the coffee shop.
