they have promised to listen to the people. i sincerely hope that they will be less proud, less arrogant in future.

eat at hawker centers with the people, take public transport with the people. stay in touch and understand the concerns of the people

5 yrs from now, hope to see them have a winning average of at least 70%.

This is just the beginning & not yet the end. Talk is easier than done. Will see how they going to improve and they heard our voices. Father's way of handling things have to put to a full stop.
