Ken4555 1st Gear May 7, 2011 Share May 7, 2011 Hi All... pls share any knowledge you may have... or experience... many thanks!... All these 3 models cost the same to install... i have viewed many seats lately... some are from made in Thailand replica Bride low max... Carbon Kevlar Bride Low Max... Sparco replica... etc and finally decided on Sscus... cause i feel that for price VS quality, Sscus wins the replica competiton hands down... but then again Sscus is not really a replica cause its its own brand... hmmm but design wise.. anyways here's the website for those who hv not heard of this brand... http://www.sscus.com.my/ pics of Euro Pu pics of Viper 110 pics of Star 310 ↡ Advertisement
Ithunk 1st Gear May 7, 2011 Share May 7, 2011 (edited) used to have a seat similar to the Euro Pu in the civic EG a seat is a seat in my opinion... Edited May 7, 2011 by Ithunk
Lucaswh 1st Gear May 7, 2011 Share May 7, 2011 I've also looked into getting SSCUS Euro or Viper for my car, but scratched the idea cos no $ =( Was considering these 2 models because they had the PU material which looked quite nice. There is another Star PU but that one is quite an old model already. Note that Viper has fabric making up half of it so depends on what you want. Just wondering bro, have you sat in the seats before? I had a try in the Euro one but realised it was kinda hard. It isn't real leather so it isn't plush. I loved the look but unsure about the comfort. Furthermore I have a bigger frame so the Euro was a little bit of a squeeze no doubt it held me well.
Rb26dett Clutched May 7, 2011 Share May 7, 2011 i think the viper in full black looks really good. i have no idea how much these seats cost.but if price is reasonably affordable, why not.

Ken4555 1st Gear May 7, 2011 Author Share May 7, 2011 used to have a seat similar to the Euro Pu in the civic EG a seat is a seat in my opinion... but i tried some replicas feels flimsy... if design not good then long trips uncomfortable... or if sport seat grip not good then no use getting... see the stock OEM seats in Civic type Rs... Swift sports... Evos... STIs... so i think a seat is not just a seat...

Ken4555 1st Gear May 7, 2011 Author Share May 7, 2011 i will take the Star.. was looking at it for quite some time.. it's the only one that suits my fat butt.. the star comes in fabric (a few colours to choose...) and also in leather... i almost decided on it... but then saw and sat on the Euro and think it looks nicer and sits ok... then saw the viper now and cant decide on comfort or looks... i got a small BUT SHAPELY butt.... Lucaswh 1st Gear May 7, 2011 Share May 7, 2011 Ok Viper only looks good in full black imho. By the way certain points to note.. your gear stick. Ken u manual right? Do note that with lower seat position, whole driving dynamics might change. Right now with my SSS stock seats, gear stick is just beside my thigh, which is the best in my opinion. Also, the seat belt bracket at your left hip will be protruding higher now, read that it might be an issue for comfort too. Do take note.
Unfair 3rd Gear May 7, 2011 Share May 7, 2011 I am also interested in getting the Euro PU ones. Been looking at it for a couple of weeks. Was also considering their full-bucket seats like the SSCUS GTR.
