No, cyclist killed by a speeding car from behind when he was taking a lift from his friend in a lorry.

Its a honest mistake.

IF he had known the accident could lead to death, he would have driven the car more carefully. He would have asked a co-driver to guide and remind him not to drive when drunk, and allow the co-driver to take over.

But alast......the damage had being done.......I think can only can regret and ask for repent chance from the judge.
