If u want within 3 yrs car, you can only consider 2008 cars like vios, swift, impreza, lancer GLX etc.

seems no Avante within this price lah, tot 3 years ago avante price dropped to below 40k, how come resale price even higher than original price

There are so many to choose from man! TS, what's your style? Sedan, MPV, Sports, SUV? Almost new or like 5 - 6 years old?

 

There are some 1.8 Civics, an Alfa 147, Nissan Latio, Subaru WRX/Legacy, Altis/Axio/Camry etc... that are worth a look. Need to know your preference before we can reccommend!
