Can you read again? or i old already No mention Car A signalled intention to do U-turn. How could Car B read other driver's level of poor driving practice? What I mean is: No issue if car A only wanted to turn right. If car A had signalled with his right trafficator, Car B would had been alerted to avoid that situation of a near miss. Are you from motor insurers' here to mislead us into more accidents? Are you making a career out of talking nonsense? Go look at the uncontrolled junction between Belmont Road and Holland Road. There's a sign, a perfectly legal U-turn between the two directions of Holland Road (with right of way), and traffic turning left from Belmont Road to Holland Road has to yield. I take this route every day.

PPeripheraL Clutched April 21, 2011 Share April 21, 2011 Car A has the right of way. Theoretically of course.. if there are 3 lanes, car b can turn into lane 3 and car a into lane 2.. if 2 lanes, sure cannot make it unless car b turn out very fast

Just depends on our luck. You are feel to report to the Authority any such observations, too.
