Car B has right of way.

 

Car B is turning left it has a lesser distance to cover compared to Car A.

 

 

If you are comparing junction it is the same unless there is a left turn filter lane. Only then you will have to give way to U turning vehicles because of the Give Way line.

That's spell accident sooner or later. Car B is not on main road with a stop line in front. Must stop and wait for traffic clear before moving. And that includes u-turning vehicles.

but normally if its that case.. most prob the U-turn fella is making illegal u-turn.. or either that the someone gotta beat the red light for both to meet.

 

i guess you are talking about those with green left turn arrow for left turning veh? most prob the fella making u-turn made an illegal wan.

 

for TS case.. the u-turn veh will definately have the right of way.. cause major road... the fella exit from cp considered coming out from minor road.

In school, Car A has the right of way.

 

In real world, if Car A driven by a woman, Car B will have to see what she doing first for example applying lipstick, drawing eyebrow etc then will have to pick multiple choice number 4.
