Exiting straight from JB custom to Jalan Skudai....

Want to go on to the seaside road onto Abu Bakar and then Jalan Skudai.

I guess, the minute you get pass the custom, you get to a down ramp. If you don't go down there, you'll come to a place where you can go left or right. Right leads to Ibrahim Sultan (where going along that road will lead you to New Hong Kong, Foon Yew High and, eventually, The Zon). Going left will lead you to the gas station.....

I always go to the junction, never went down the ramp before. I think it says "To City" or something similar. That will lead me to where I want to go?

The down ramp is currently closed. Not sure why. Actually, if you go down the ramp, eventually you will go back up to the Shell station. This is the same as you turning left at the Y junction that's just after the down ramp.

If you want to get to the coastal road, keep right all the way once you see Shell and go up the flyover. Go straight all the way to a T junction and turn right. There's the coastal road.

currently cannot turn right after t-junction as they arebuilding a overhead ramp that turns right. Need to turn left first and do a U-turn after about 200metres.

I always use that route to go Bukit Indah. Except if I going for my breakfast along Jalan Tebrau then will take another route Jalan Abad near to an Esso station and proceed from there. [cool]

Oops, thanks for the update. I haven't taken that route for a long time. [wave]

Google map is horribly out dated, isn't it? But what's the name of that road that leads up to the coastal road? It should pass by the big park with that old abandoned bungalow that everyone like to take wedding photos at, as well as the old Immigration Complex, isn't it?
