We do not have any ceramic knives to date.

 

What we have are only some limited ranges (basically just 3) but nonetheless well-received by customers.

 

Most popular are the NMP & NCMP models.

 

If you are really interested, we will show you the less popular MP model which is actually Made-of-Plastic knives & was the very first product from Lei Gong 45 years back.

 

The short coming is that they are very brittle due to it's total plastic nature which means that it cannot withstand any sort of heat, force/pressure or even being held in the hand.

 

Of course it's strong point is that we control the QC very stringently & as such, you can't tell one apart from another & they are the best looking knives in our inventory.

Well it was a painful experience since you brought up that place.

 

We were promised a lot of things by the central gov but some how the local gov did not follow-up or plain forgotten what have been promised.

 

As a result we suffered heavily. For instance, our trademark plastic knives became wooden knives and in some cases, the local machines churned out paper knives!!

 

There was some sort of compromise & we divested our share there such that the local gov became the majority shareholder & we as small fry investor.

 

That prove to be wise decision & the plants there have been making tones of money every since.

why is your company putting up new model such as the GRC MP model that is made of Tin instead of Stainless steel...This model is not tested and extremely low reliability.....I'm afraid the knife will break under pressure.....I know you probably still can sell it as a free gift with other model.............If the model break and cut us and When that happened...don't tell consumer like us that..........."You don't know what to say'...I will make sure I fark your backside deep deep...

They are actually manufactured from high-quality plastic which cannot be found anywhere else & although the latest version is made of extremely light material, rest assured that they will serve their function of being display knives.

 

You are not thinking of actually using them right? Please DON'T because they will break easily under pressure.

 

Kindly refer to the manual that comes with every consignment of these exquisite knives.

 

Please gave these new version a try before discounting their value.

If you remember our terms & conditions have been clear since the day we opened our doors to do business is that if you continue to support us by purchasing our product, you will be treated differently from other customers who got theirs from our rivals.

 

When there are discounts or freebies, we will ALWAYS give it to our loyal supporters first. Only when there are leftovers we will consider passing it to other people.

 

The distinction must be clear between our customers & all others so as to make our customers feel there is this very significant difference in treatment. Otherwise our customers will be upset & when they switch companies we will be in trouble.

 

If you so decided to really opt for other companies' product, we regret to inform you that your VIP status will be revoked with immediate effect.

 

It will only be reinstated at a mininum of 4years later no matter what happens.

Allow me to still fark you first for treating us consumers like a whore....In the first place, my VIP card was issued as I am a local consumer...I am not a FT that come here to make a quick bucks and fark off after that........I paid a premium to buy from your company before that and you are offering lousy customer support..to the extend of being high and mighty...Your company offer your CEO million of dollar in salary and 8 MTHS bonus and yet your customer service suck big time. I find that I need to PAY AND PAY for every single thing that is so call a best service to consumer........Also, your company do not offer a sense of security on your products......You let your lamping and blunted knives being exported to Bolehland, without knownledge...I feel so ashame to tell other that I am buying your knives despite it being so repute......Worse, You still need other company to return you the knives when they get hold of it in the market place....this is a shame...and you dare to say..."Let's move on"....."It is a honest mistake"......worse still....the s--t person handling that department is still floating around....I guess you should move your company out from here and take the market somewhere else....But think of it, you are attracting mostly foreign buyer here in....local buyers will suck thumb if we continue to support your product......Let me do it again..PHUI!!!!

Thanks for acknowledging the flaw in your company..If your company cannot take them into control....

Let customer like me to do it for you...I will make sure I buy from other competition and let your company stock market price drop from the original $66.60 to s--t price....so those losers in the customer service can suck milk at home.......also I suggest you find a new job as soon as possible....heard there is recruitment drive somewhere at the hammer warehouse side......the Teochew boss is a respected person.....this can be seem that more good sales rep are joining them...if you did...I will consider to allow you to service me as sales rep again....
