Vulcann 6th Gear April 14, 2011 Author Share April 14, 2011 (Paiseh for the truncated reply earlier. Basically big fingers small phone button issue) Dear Mr Car, We refer to your invaluable 101st feedback & wish to thank you because we can gather from these important messages from the customers to push oursleves to serve you better. Regarding the latest insightful thought you have shared with us, especially the possible slide in our share price from a high of $66.60 to a lower value, we note humbly your valid concerns & will endeavour to do better henceforth. We have to respectfully disagree with you, however, that our staff will flock to the Hammer Company's recruitment drive. In the first place, we do not consider them to be our equals. Moreover we are very sure that Teochew towkay is unable match the attractive package we offer to our staff. He is out of his mind trying to challenge us with his latest quality statement. We are very grateful to you nonetheless to bring all these to our attention and as a token of appreciation we will send you some discount vouchers to be used in your next purchase & a limited edition of the latest SM model knife set for your proud display. This superbly-mimic knives are the best value set we have because due to its age & exclusiveness it is one of two available sets in the world. Please continue to support us to serve you better. Let me give you a feedback from a customer point of view....this knives can be use for display only according to the s--t sales rep...it is worse than being wayang because wayang, at least it need to have sound and picture.... being a display item....they are absolutely useless even if they look good...perhaps..every 4 to 5 years..you can take it out from your flat and do some house visit from flat to flat showing your neighborhood that the knives is here in your house..and get them to buy it again... LoverofCar 6th Gear April 14, 2011 Share April 14, 2011 (edited) Dear Mr sales rep. Without your knowledge, in fact I had received the freebies that were mean to shut my mouth or some said....to get me buy your knives again...the freebies is supposed to reach me 1st May. To me, I know this freebies are actually the skin tearing out from my body...if I buy you again, I'm sure more layer of skin will be taken off me within e next few years...may be KuKu bird foreskin also gone... As for the additional yellow skinned old fark SM model that you are offering for free...Respectfully, please stick it up your ass....despite the high maintenance cost to keep these MM or SM model on display condition, I find it entirely a waste of your investor's resources....it doesn't contribute to the company performance at all......last heard your company CEO don't agree to their existence too.....because the model simply sucks in condition...if the yellow old fark is grouped with the TIN made model....I'm sure it will go down history sooner than expected...... Last by not the least, hammer brand Is going strong and will IPO in this coming MAy...please watch your share price ...it will go down from the $66.6... Yours sincerely A Tulan customer....loverofcar Edited April 14, 2011 by LoverofCar

Bo Bian have to see how to smoke him again... Let's see... Ok here goes: Dear Mr Car, First of all, thank you for your 102nd & 103rd feedbacks. It is good to hear from you again, this shows that you are not dead yet this shows that you are still concerned about the well being of our beloved company. This is solid proof that people are still genuinely concerned about how this company should be to survive & of course there will always be difference in opinions but the key point is everyone wants the best for the Lei Gong Knife Company. Regarding your latest invaluable feedback, we are presently looking into it & will revert soon so please bear with us. As we are experiencing a shortage of staff due to the rapidly expanding company operations, we are looking into employing more talents to fill up the posts. As a matter of fact, my colleague A has just been promoted to be the Marketing Mentor & re-assigned to the CEO's office to let him tap on her many many years of experience on market operations. Actually we find that you are very suitable to join us as a staff & will forward to receive your CV soon. Rest assured that we pay all our staff very well & you can look forward to many years of employment with us. If you served more than 2 5-year contracts with us, pensions at a certain percentage of your last drawn pay will be provided for the rest of your life. And if you retire from our parent company, you will in all likelihood be assigned as a director, CEO or chairman in one of our 1,234,456 subsidiary companies throughout the globe. Please consider & let us in on your thoughts. With warmest regards Customer Service Officer B Edited April 15, 2011 by Vulcann

With warmest regards Customer Service Officer B Dear customer service B First of all, can you get your director to reply instead of small fry (or balls licker) like you? Did you happened to join the company just because your company was able to give you free car park lot every month? Based on the recruitment drive and tactic that your Lei Kong company employed.....AGAIN, I am totally disappointed. Understand you had, for the past few years, putting up advertisment and even arranged 200 to 300 so called ''Tea session'', just trying to recruit staffs....And yet, this is the kinda standard that your company can offer to customers. You can't get good staff and have to use relationship to get some so called "talent" to work for you....Did your company hired your father, uncle or wife? You think all your shareholders are blind? You simply want to get all relatives and friends to work in there and earn quick bucks...PHUI! Really cannot tahan anymore of your product......Your product development department sucks.....they can't do anything better than to create high maintenance model such as MM and SM model. Also, the Plastic looking yet give customer a "TIN made look" kinda knives. The look is soft and the hardness is questionable...(May be my KuKu is harder than that when it steam).....Totally no substance.....and worse, your company is targeting the Y generation group and hope they buy the "cute look" and agree to take in your "TIN made product"....Despite giving it out as free gift with the yellow old fark SM model....there is still maintenance cost for the next 4 years (min)...... to be exact....$15K will be spend to maintain it display condition EVERY FARKING MONTH.......To proof it worth, suggest you put it on sales alone and see anyone will buy it.....Don't give it as a free gift with the stupid yellow old fark SM model!!!..... By the way, you want to recruit me?....Do you know my background? Do you know whether I served NS before or not? I could be some Ah Neh from the distance country try to take your rice bowl away....You mentioned that customer officer A had left for greener field....did he happened to tell you: Edited April 15, 2011 by LoverofCar
