Good Evening Bros and Sis

I am Cerano's son.

Today my dad was involved in a very bad accident with a Lorry which ran a light and drifted and rammed into him while he was on his way to work on a motorbike.

This accident occured at roughly 9am off Jurong Town Hall Road at the T Junction beside the Science Centre.

I am appealing to all motorists who were in the area and were live witnesses to step up.

My dad is now having an operation with multiple lacerations and trauma to his legs as well as 5 fractured ribs. The Lorry literally flattened the motorbike.

Please pass the word and help me out here.

Thank you

Sorry to hear that.

Hope some witness step forward to assist your family & also your dad recovers soon.

Had quite friendly cyber exchanges with him previously & he was quite a nice chap to talk to.

Do keep us updated on his condition.

Take care.

Wishing yr dad a speedy recovery.

Check if there are J-Eyes cameras at the junction. If there are, LTA should have the footage.

Wishing ur dad a speedy recovery.

I was thinking maybe you go to informatic the computer school, science centre and snow city to approach their staff for help. around 9am is when the staff steam in to work, you would have a better chance of finding a withness.

IMO I don't J eye is not tt useful in an accident as we are not allowed to view the footage, at least for the case that I encounter.

now that got injury, tp have to step in. if lowlee is found guilty for running red light, victim can use the conviction to claim lowlee insurance

thanks to all bros for all the help and support so far

he is recuperating right now

from what i know the burden of defence lies on the lorry driver given that there has been injuries.

Do any law gurus have any idea what forms of legal recourse that can be taken?
