Help, list of places to fly-kite, pocket bike etc

Hi all,

 

Can you guys help list down places that are accessible by car, and have space for ppl to chill, picnic, fly planes, kites, ride pocket bikes etc?

 

 

Two examples are:

 

Champions way

Yishun dam

 

 

 

edit: by accessible i mean can pull over by the road.

edit: by accessible i mean can pull over by the road.

 

The authorities have now put a prominent signage explicitly prohibiting the flying of kites due to its proximity to the Seletar Airport. You can be sure that private aircraft operators will report to the air control if they spot your kites there and then someone will be there. Don't run the risk.
