Yes its US.... So go and make love to your wife, mistress and givebirth to more BB..... else where to find so many people to fill the post in the healthcare etc etc.....

The problem is we do not have enought people to do the job... or enough people willing to do the job......

Thats the irony of being a well to do nation......

They are always polite and wear a nice smile, speaks well compared to foreign workers from other countries.

They are also the most willing workers, in certain field, they take on jobs and task reasonably well.

Of course, they are here for the money, no loyalty and most of them are hypocrites.

Usually, their boss is a PR Pinoy, then this boss will employ all his relatives, friends from mangoland to join him.

This is evident in BIG FOREIGN banks in SG.

And when they have a group of pinoys together, they will team up to bully the singaporeans. His ka kais will get protected regardless of the mistakes they made.

Singaporeans being bullied on home ground. wah sey man!

Not just the pinoys. Many prcs and imported indians are using sg as a stepping stone for their eventual destination - us/uk/oz/nz/can.

Used to be in IT, a lot of foreign Indians. Nowadays, Philipinos in IT can compare to the population of Indians! They usually stick with their own groups, rarely see them mix with locals, the other races. Of course, I may be wrong.

But be prepare for major service lack, more waiting time and some chaos.

But will tune down in a couple of years.

As long as they bring back to the era of 1997 and before where majority are domestic helper and not fighting for jobs in the open working market.
