It depends on who file for divorce and the reasons behind this divorce.

If u r caught for ECA activities, God bless u. No lawyer can win for u. If marriage breaks down due to communication and conflicts of characters, nothin to worry about.

2 couples wan divorce

1 couple girl side wan win

1 other couple guy side wan win

R 4 of them involve in some kind of complicated inter-relationship between themselves?

Y not just change partners ie

a) new guys n new girls together x2 couples or

b) guy n guy together or

c) girl n girl together

I think maximum combination ady. Can save lawyer fee if all agreeable[laugh]

Just joking! Cos today is FRIDAY!

im juz kidding on the discount. is more like support and understanding the process. everyone free to assume. if im afraid of such talk and things, i will juz keep it as one couple. but i wanted a neutral lawyer who can handle both guy and girl perspective. divorce is not abt who win but abt how two person can leave a marriage and get on with life.

If I'm not wrong, if both parties r agreeable on the divorce n other terms, then 1 lawyer would be enuff to handle it. But seems like only 1 party wan to win, so meaning both parties will be engaging their own lawyers to fight it out.....so in the end, it's the lawyers win with $$$.

divorce in real life is not the same as hk drama series la...

A lawyer doesn't care whether he is handling a male/female's case, although he can be more sympathetic, but its the judge who decides.

In the end the affidavit is based on facts, provided by his clients. Of course the client can lie and paint pitiful circumstances. Then its up to the other party to deny the accusations.

Sometimes defendant have to prove the accusation is not true, sometimes the plaintiff has to show merit in the case also.

Plaintiff also cannot anyhow accuse through assumptions without proof ma. The more plaintiff lie, the more loop holes presented, and the defendant can counter.

Unless you are looking for a lawyer to help you "keng".
