Expertz 1st Gear April 5, 2011 Share April 5, 2011 12.5km/l is very good already, usually the figure should over around 11 - 12km/l for highway manual should be able to hit 14.5km/l++ if you are on auto 10-11km/l for 100% city driving is average

I used to get 10 - 12km/l for my 1.6A Altis and that's with 70/30City 12.5KM/L for 100% city drive is amazing FC.
Kangadrool Supersonic April 5, 2011 Share April 5, 2011 For 1.6M, 12.5km/l is possible for offpeak 100% city driving; 11-11.5 km/l for peak 100% city driving.

Jenggowenggo Neutral Newbie April 5, 2011 Share April 5, 2011 Cause my Satria Neo is getting just 12.5KM/L, 100% city driving. Manual somemore. Its kind of low. I thought the norm should be 14-15KM/L?? I know why u say 14-15 coz website says around 15 km /L for Satria neo. My 2 cents worth, whatver FC car manufacturers will claim just -2 from the value. You wont be too far off from actual FC in real time conditions. Coz those FC claimed by manufacturers be it conti, jap, malaysian, korean, china are tested under different conditions like all seats taken out, no spare tyres, or the cars are tested with the wheels spinning in the air. You can get 14-15 km/L but you're gonna have to drive very very gentle. Use expressway whenever you can. Try not to exceed 2K rpm and stay around 70 kmh on expressway on the highest gear. You think you're up to it? :)
