Jkcs Neutral Newbie April 3, 2011 Share April 3, 2011 Hi all, i have noticed that my car would emit soft squeaking sound when driving off after a cold start and traveling at low speed (10 - 15km/h). I can't really describe the sound but it is like 2 pcs of metal rubbing against each other. mine is disc brake for the front and drum for the rear, had nvr changed my bake pad for 4 yrs at 58K mileage currently. I also notice my rotor has some scratches. Is it brake pad gone already? thanks in advance ↡ Advertisement
Ltcy Clutched April 3, 2011 Share April 3, 2011 Your brake pads' lifespan should be up... Change it asap, else your rotors will up the lorry too.
