I miss the sauce.... Mix with grinded peanut, garlic, chilli and some light soya sauce.... mou tak teng!

I think Jurong east (opposite Chinese Garden MRT) got 2 restaurants - served by China staffs. The soup looks like Mala - very red color.

the mala steamboat easy to find but the taiwanese-like sha-cha sauce hard to find locally. I bought when i was in HKG, 2 cans. Bull-brand.
