Not true. Mine also dropped out, so went to Robinson to check whether logo can be replaced. Guess what...they sent to their workshop for repair, and FOC, but took 1 week before able to collect.

Braun Buffel better repair the item under warranty (zipper tearing after around 8 months) else will take this up with Germany. And smear their facebook page. 

 

A company like this cannot weasel out of providing fair and reasonable warranty on what are marketed as high quality high priced items.

No unfortunately PD has pulled out of SG. Cant understand why?

 

but then again GANT pulled out too - another of my favoured brands. 

 

So we men left with few (tasteful) choices - Zegna perhaps?

 

Or wait until you are in BKK - there are PD shops in BKK and Pattaya

You can do as I do and buy online - most is the real stuff not knockoff (ie on eBay)

I have one belt which I've been using since this year. It's good. 

7 wolves, the one belt i got from them was quite lousy.

My PD wallets good for 10 years plus - same with their bags and other leather goods. Only replace as they get a bit tatty (stitching etc) but still functional. And yes full of cash n cards LOL
