Lanevomax 1st Gear March 17, 2011 Share March 17, 2011 soon with this HOT topic about Pumping Petrol in JB ,sg drivers who go in to top up petrol are going to get regular check more often compare to "close 1 eye" it seem like everyone in car forum WANT to talk about it. and the most interesting part is drivers who go in and pump fuel feel very proud of doing it, i personally feel shame about it sometime, where some rich fellows or stay at east side drivers get jealous will say stuff like " no enough money to pump petrol in sg ,then dont buy car lar." Darryn Turbocharged March 17, 2011 Share March 17, 2011 Actually pumping in Malaysia pretty dangerous - the petrol kiosk always have easy access to roads, and you must pull out your wallet in the open to pay, so very easy for snatch theft. Also the petrol companies have little control, so many times the fuel can be watered down, a couple of times I have noticed my car hitching a bit after I pump in JB...am sure it is because of bad fuel. Some more, now that must pump 98 the savings not so great as here in Singapore I can pump 95 and get big big station and credit card discount.
