Mazdaowner Moderator March 10, 2011 Share March 10, 2011 HP cartridge expensive, brother..well...let's put it, I don't use this brand in my company. Canon wise, all my printers are Canon, staff using the $190+ scanner and printer, 2-3 years still going strong, for that price...you cannot go wrong. Home usage will be even longer, since you don't print everyday. How about HP and Brother?

HP cartridge is expensive but good for people like me that print one in a blue moon, if ink dry only waste is the cartridge. last time bought Epson, ink dry up, whole printer cannot use
Mazdaowner Moderator March 10, 2011 Share March 10, 2011 Because Epson......... the print head is in the......printer and not the cartridge. I have a Canon at home, 6 years already, Ink ok, printer ok. Kids use once in a blue moon for school projects.
