Hoytusa84 1st Gear March 8, 2011 Share March 8, 2011 Some kind is a disease that no matter how hard you tried also can't be slim.. I got one friend who I was 165cm and weigh 120kg and can eat 6 whoppers right in front of my eyes. Told him to cut down and gave him a diet plan. Then we lost touch for 2 years. Next time I saw him, he's grown well over 145kg. Terrible.

Dieting - as in restricting your intake of calories - is also not the key... Eating the right sort of food is - there is a group of us over at the "exercising without a gym" thread who have become more healthy and leaner just by doing that... Depends how you dress and present yourself. if you are obese but dress clean and proper..should not be too bad.. In this world, the 1st impression counts...if you are obese and dont bother to dress or groom yourself...u think people will hire you base on the 1st impression....? Dont think the chances are high
SimonTan 2nd Gear March 9, 2011 Share March 9, 2011 You must add in the Fat+poor = discriminated! You see Moses Lim , Domingo Pavaroti, Japan wrestler, etc. Successful fat people were never discriminated in this materialistic society! Those fat and rich were never discriminated. In fact....girls will suck up to them and loved them to death. I have seen fatties driving nice cars, and gets lots of girls. Night clubs and pubs are the best examples of Fat+money = RESPECT! Ender Hypersonic March 9, 2011 Share March 9, 2011 Obesity is no longer associated with the rich nowadays. In fact, most developed countries, it is the poor who have higher obesity rate. Food the fills the stomach cheaply are usually high in carbs and sugar.

SGCMsmallcar 4th Gear March 9, 2011 Share March 9, 2011 Less oily food/ soup based food / fast food once a week only / For dinner is more important and I firmly on soup based stuff. If rice needed, just half a potion will do. Eat more meat. Most important less sugar intake. U will get used to it after 3 mths. Then jog / brisk walk 1 hr a day. That's good motivation. Caravan 5th Gear March 9, 2011 Share March 9, 2011 That is actually an eating disorder, got to see psychiatrist. No one gets fat on thin air alone. You must eat to get fat. If you know that you get fat by eating X amount, then you should just cut down, or switch diet. Exercise is for those who wants to eat and yet not become fat. So, yes I discriminate against fat people, esp very fat people. It shows lack of self-awareness and self-discipline. ↡ Advertisement
