Your vetto disc rotor is slotted or normal? Slotted ones might be more dusty.

Hi, I am using the normal disc rotor and together with the veto brake pad cost abt $200+ for 1 set of LH/RH for the front of my Terios 7.

No much brake dust and performance is just normal for everyday driving.

Yes it does rust whenever there is moisture but after several months of usage, it does not rust so much already unless it is left parking for a few days. I guess most brake rotor will then to have some rust when contact with water after all it is still metallic

Rust on braking surface area is not an issue. After the 100m it will be rubbed off. A lot of people are also concern on the rust on hub area which is also not a concern to be alarmed. Some aftermarket brake rotors are not coated so it is natural to rust on those area.
