yap... I received the same mail.... the joker is not even using paypal email acc and expect me to believe?? (trying to ask for me to validate my passsword caused my paypal acc is suspected to be hacked) I just reply and tell him that I have report the case to the authority (too boring that day, nothing better to do) and nvr receive any reply frm them anymore till now.

Dispute & you ship back item at SGD 20 inorder to get back GBP 10?

 

Seller knowing such cost will pass on the cost to who?

U open a shop selling product, what will be your other main cost besides product?

Whether you profit or loss for your product, the party collecting rent will always profit.
