How can one enter a track day and where?

join yr own car forum, usually they will post there.

Clubs like Traction Circle, RCA, Nova r the ones to look out for.

They usually organise trackdays every month

Go to their website.. Got open track day for both sepang and p.g .. Just drive down and pay. Much cheaper than going through clubs..

You need a car, motorbike helmet, driver's licence. and a car that's in good condition. Bring money for track fees, sign an indemnity form and you're off!
