Recorded a few AVIs.. played them on the camera . still have . 2 days later.. one precious video clip disappear . She did not delete them. Any software to try retrieving the avi clip out ? She is a panic situation now.. Thanks so much for helping and replying...^^ What do you mean exactly by disappear? Means the file can't be found when viewed from the camera? Plug out the SD card and plug it to a laptop and look for it. it's usually *.avi extension or another way is search for all files and look for those that is above 10MB size. If it's still not there, can say bye bye to those files liao. If you are dead serious in getting it out at all cost, then have to bring it to data recovery expert company. Not sure if this is applicable to SD memories. Then again, if you have taken any more photos or video after you discover the files are missing, there's a chance that new files may have overwritten those video segments.
