For me star furniture definitely ok. I got some stuff from them, especially tv bench and sofa.

Thanks all. St. Louis as in branches in Furniture Mall, IMM and Sungei Kadut. Service at Furniture Mall is ok, yesterday went to IMM (unfortunately, not so good) and Sungei Kadut not been there.

I suppose different people have different expectations. I heard IKEA is nice but good looking furniture but can't expect to last. Some sofas are not cheap either. I bought mattress from Sealy in Courts.

Anyway, still sourcing. The thing is too many 'Vulture-like' sales in these places, too hard sell and eager to lock deals, maybe too competitive or something. Its really nice to see among them all, some are approachable and able to see the point that we need to consider when it comes to buying thousands of dollars of furniture.

Ikea is for quick fashion like Zara, a bit of class but not lasting cos they know people change their taste pretty fast, hence they try to catch up with the fashion [;)]

Neutral Newbie

Just so happen to see this thread. This St Louis furniture cannot make it. Sells inferior quality leather. I unluckily bought my sofa from them first and last time. Use mild leather cleaner to wipe off a stain and the colour also came off with it. Never had any issues with my previous sofa from Lorenzo. After sales service also SUCK big time. My advise, stay away from this shop.
