My SE say "confirmed no Eyesight" . Now we all got to rely on Tony Tan

Actually now I know why Daryl Goh say Tony Tan confirmed got eyesight. Tony Tan translated from Chinese. "You booked Outback!You Got Yen Kwang"!!!

wow, not willing to top up if COE go up but willing to fork out even more for X5 [hur]

 

Maybe he say I got eye sight. Anyway boh teo CEO. Everyone buy car last month. Make Coe go up 46k.... Grumble. Refund then will buy X5 Liao.

Any idea if tyre pressure monitor is a standard feature on the 2016 Outback?

 

Nope. Don't recall any Subaru cars having this as standard. The low OMV means all "good to have things" are meant to be installed aftermaket.....preferably via MI; for them to increase profit margins as installing outside will void warranty [;)]

if I remember correctly, if include eyesight, the car may cost 10k more. not sure the 10k is OMV or final selling price. Is consumer expecting MI to absorb this cost?

Eyesight and TPMS are 2 totally different things. The latter can be as low as as low as SGD100+. And based on the options price in other markets, no way Eyesight itself is worth 10K more.

 

No one expecting MI to absorb anything, at least not from me. They state a price for a car with "X" specs and I decide if I think its worth paying for. Either Yes or No.

You wanna a off the market "Eyesight".. Can try getting ThinkwAre f750 or X500. Comes with Speed Cam/Traffic Cam alert system, Front Vehicle Crash Detection, Lane Departure Alert, Front Vehicle movement Detection..& 2channels. All for $658
