You're crossing the road, the lights are in your favor. And a bus turning left at the junction, runs into you, and over you. You're bleeding, your hip is shattered, driver admits fault.

 

What is the recourse?

 

I've read that a similar accident happened to a maid and bus company only paid 10grand. Maid died btw.
