whether u tc or not, it's actualli true. have seen many same cars park everyday along service lanes wif double yellow lines but lta, tp who regularly go past the lane dun seem to mind (or are blind....).

 

yep, there is such thing as free daily parking in cbd. go for it!

In the CBD, a carpark lot is a commodity.

 

So much so that FEO doesn't even incl a carpark if u buy a unit at the Altez. Residents gotta rent it from them for $150/mth.
