Yeshe Turbocharged March 1, 2011 Author Share March 1, 2011 aern't u a tenant? anyway, they should allow season parking first. then if got extras, then use hourly parking. that way, everyone benefits like i said, quote is up
Yeshe Turbocharged March 1, 2011 Author Share March 1, 2011 i just confirmed my season parking at capital sq, only $280/mth. i dunno why golden shoe just across the road got 5mth waiting list with capital sq has availability, somemore cheaper
Mllcg 3rd Gear March 1, 2011 Share March 1, 2011 like i said, quote is up what i meant is. one tenant one lot. so if got 1000 lots and 980 workers who drive, then there should be 980 lots quota. then 20 for hourly parking.

Singhao 1st Gear March 1, 2011 Share March 1, 2011 I park at M-Park at Club Street. $180 per month. Waited for 3 months. Some friends also park at MND or is it the URA building. $170 or $180 i think. Wait list can be up to one year though. However, my friends mentioned you cannot park past 10pm there. Used to park at Great Eastern. Around $260 per month but they increase every year... Mllcg 3rd Gear March 1, 2011 Share March 1, 2011 1 tenant will be allocated X number of lots, even if another tenant doesnt use up their allocated number, the carpark mgmt will not release the lots what i meant is why they dont base on the number of people who drive into that building. assuming ALL the tenants and their workers(everyone) who drive make up 980 persons. and there are 1000 lots that building, why not they allocate the 980 to tenants, and the remaining 20 to hourly parking? they earn more from season parking afterall. Hourly parking is usually $4 - 5 per hour or part thereof. moreover, the no. of carpark lots available per office building in CBD financial belt is usually less than 1000. However the number of drivers in a building there is easily 3 X 1000. so boh pian....our infrastructure cannot take the number of cars, thats become a fact already....
