that way, everyone benefits

what i meant is. one tenant one lot. so if got 1000 lots and 980 workers who drive, then there should be 980 lots quota. then 20 for hourly parking.

1 tenant will be allocated X number of lots, even if another tenant doesnt use up their allocated number, the carpark mgmt will not release the lots

I park at M-Park at Club Street. $180 per month. Waited for 3 months.

Some friends also park at MND or is it the URA building. $170 or $180 i think. Wait list can be up to one year though. However, my friends mentioned you cannot park past 10pm there.

Used to park at Great Eastern. Around $260 per month but they increase every year...

what i meant is why they dont base on the number of people who drive into that building.

assuming ALL the tenants and their workers(everyone) who drive make up 980 persons.

and there are 1000 lots that building,

why not they allocate the 980 to tenants, and the remaining 20 to hourly parking?

they earn more from season parking afterall.

actually they earn more from hourly parking.

generally season parking works out to be less than $20 a day taking 20 work days.

Hourly parking is usually $4 - 5 per hour or part thereof.

moreover, the no. of carpark lots available per office building in CBD financial belt is usually less than 1000.

However the number of drivers in a building there is easily 3 X 1000.

so boh pian....our infrastructure cannot take the number of cars, thats become a fact already....

yes, but we're talking about ORQ.

All foreign and offshore bank there, where got local bank?

actually AVP in investment bank may not earn that much .

It depends on which investment bank and what kind of deals they have.

if no deals on hand, all "whack mosquitoes"

what is their parking system?

the one which they use a automated system to stack up the cars like a warehouse. can save alot of size, hence house much more cars in a given confirm space
