Custom-make Extended Lug Bolts

Would like to find out if anyone knows where to custom-make extended lug bolts (not nuts)? I know there are readily available ones on the market, but may not necessarily be a good fit for all vehicles.

it is not that i do not trust the local machine shop, fi they have to fabricate a same quality bolt like factory it will cost you a bomb.
