Hi all, appreciate some advice here... Does anyone knows what does the vehicle secondary color means in the log card?

The SE of the 2nd hand car dealer told me that if the car is being resprayed to a different color from manufactured, the new color will be stated as secondary color... Is it true? Or is there anyway i can check if a vehicle is being resprayed before... thanks...

i believe that if you buy a car stock from AD, lets say black. The primary color shld be black, the secondary color is black also. If you respray it to white, the primary color will be black, secondary color is white. So the 2nd hand car dealer is right.

The SE is smoking you. Primary or secondary colours can be easily changed with LTA.

I don't know how LTA defines it but just use common sense, secondary colour should be the colour which occupies less than 50% of the vehicle's total paint area. For example a yellow top cab, the primary colour is black, secondary colour is yellow.
