On Monday morning at lawyer office to further sign Title Deeds and collect keys and by afternoon, stays at one unit and rent out the other 2 units ...... :ph34r:[:p][:p]

Anyway, the evil gambling den "hai si nang" and somemore so near. More to come as more couples will divorce, broken families and wayward kids working part-time or sleazy joints instead of studying. 4. Onlookers at the gambling den may kana big time.

5. Know how to gamble but did not gamble may one day kana addiction and kana big time too.

6. Best is to remain-Dunno how to gamble coz the addiction is strong.

 

True, no doubt these problems oready exist, presence of IRs amplify n multiply these problems.

I agree.

 

Most ppl already have some kind of problem in regard to their morals when they eventually do go into their adulthood.

 

Some are serious flaws while others have flaws that fall into the type of unpleasantness that others avoid them.

 

But as the saying goes...whatever the flaw(s)..make sure they don't break the law.

 

This would include both criminal and civil laws.

 

Many thinks it is O.K to disobey civil laws or law of the conscience.

 

But what they could not figure out is...by disobeying the law in their good conscience, they are going down into the slippery slope where they will break other laws too....bit by bit...here and there.

 

There is no ..ifs...or buts...

 

DO or DON'T DO IT at all. :D

And a lot of people think it's so easy to "get away with it", or because nobody's watching. Especially for small offences.

 

But they forget, just one time unlucky, they'll end up being caught.

 

And that law enforcement has plenty of informers, or vigilant people will double-check you. Someday... [laugh]
