Mona-vie 1st Gear January 25, 2011 Share January 25, 2011 if car or motorbike I have nothing to say but bicycle! I was at cross junction near Tiong bahru. I was on the left most lane. A BmW in the middle and a cab on the right. As our light turned green. We all began to move off. A super duper cyclist suddenly came out of nowhere and cut in front of all 3 of of us. It then proceed to move in my lane.... I jam my brakes and gave a loud horn for around 2sec showing my extreme discontent. WTF is the cyclist trying to do? Courting death. Celicar Turbocharged March 6, 2011 Share March 6, 2011 Just met with a near accident with a cyclist just now, was about to turn left when just at the bend a cyclist with no lights came at me from the opposite direction (ie. he was coming from the road where I was intending to turn to, just he was turning right against flow of traffic). My light shone on him in the nick of time and I had to swerve to my right, otherwise at least my left rear-view mirror would have caught him. That was a really close shave. Had I clipped him, I'm very sure I would have been found responsible.
