Exactly!

Why would we want a nation of people think for themselves and caring for each other??

Keep them stupid, keep them apart and against each other.

Divide and conquer and ride their asses forever. [laugh]

Hard truths?

Nah....hard cash rules. [;)]

Spot on!

Shopping mall, shopping mall and shopping mall... no wonder our children grow up so materialistic, pocket $ always not enough... [:(]

Tampines have hyper-mart like Ikea, Giant, Courts... Also have Tampines 1, Tampines Mall, CPF building, all major banks, etc, etc... Plus it has many mini shopping centrals all over tampines. Now going to built a shopping mall again and is larger than vivo city... knn, a bit unfair to other estate leh.

gahmen will make tons of $$$ selling land to developers to build shopping malls..... the malls will numb the residents/children with material stuff so that they think less of whether gahmen's other policies are really good for them.... just keep pple spending time shopping/eating and they wont question you no matter how lame your policies are.....

one stone kills two birds, why not build more shopping malls instead of other civil / recreational facilties?? [:)]

Isn't it strange? Whether govt is PAP or ABC, those agencies like MND, URA, SLA, HDB will all be still around and functioning but under non-PAP rule. But if PAP GE or GRC no win, then all these planned developments will stop or KIV????? How come ah??????

rubbish...

if some believe what they say, they are now officially known as Pian Ah Pek.

if they no longer the ruling party, with less than 50% representing them in the parliament, how will they stop any developments?

Then what about if they still >50%, but they lose a GRC or two, will they stop the planned developments in those GRCs?

Out in today's Straits Times and also in the video of the book.

MM comments about Muslim and how it is difficult for other races to integrate with them because of the strict religion rules.

Then when asked about Christianity becoming more popular, MM reply at least Christians are not bomb threats, unlike Muslims.

I find his comments don't really help the situation but fanning the flame bigger.

I feel that they r being overly spoil and pampered by Mah... 2 yrs ago, HDB wanna build rental flat at Tampines, many residents complain and even go to see MP to ask them to stop the project as they worry the sudden surge of poor ppl will make the place unsafe and affect their living environment... This is feature in the news and media... Si bei selfish, poor cannot live in their area.
