Scientists have found that sleep deprivation increases levels of a hunger hormone and decreases levels of a hormone that makes you feel full. The effects may lead to overeating and weight gain.

 

Sleep will lose weight depend who u r sleeping with :D

 

i read that too..

but it doesn't happen to me leh..

when i'm stress,and try to force feed myself,i'll end up throwing up..

instead, when i sleep alot, wake up n will feel starved..HAHA! [laugh] [laugh]

One kg of body fats = 7,700 calories. As reported in Today's newspaper.

One square slice of bak Kwah 56gm = 239 calories.

 

For me running on the gym treadmill will burn 240calories for 2.4km.

 

Hell hard to slim down. Need to run for 30 days in the gym to reduce weight by 1kg!!

But the exercise will be negated should I just eat one extra piece of bak kwah(or equivalent food) per day.

 

So its either way....depends on your exercis regime or food eating style.

 

If you gorge food during stress.......easily gain in body fats of weight in just a few days.

 

I know how hard it is to run on the treadmill....i will have to cut down on my bak Kwah and peanut cookies this CNY.
