ADVICE needed on lowering latio ride

looking to lower my ride but am on a budget. the space between the arc and my wheel is way too big. =\

need suggestions on what lowering springs to get? and i also heard i need to change the absorbers too? any suggestions? total newbie here!

basically looking at something around 100-400 budget. is that possible? also saw a few threads talking about Tanabe NF210 or something along that line
