I believe the recommendation is to consult beforehand, the direction of moving from current residence to be in order (auspicious), then buy. However, may not be too late for some compensation measures if so happen to be in order.

I have quite a few experience with FS masters

 

Let's say you want to know if the property is suitable before you buy.

 

You give them the floor plan and the direction. They charge you some $$$

 

Now, they will be able to tell you all the flaws in that house.

 

And when you ask them what is the remedy, they tell you don't buy the house unless you really want to risk XXXXX (fill in all the bad things here) . Then on go your house searching again.

 

Now the issue is, how many property that you like and within your budget that could fulfil 100% of what the FS masters like to see? It's just impossible. Yes, maybe there is this wonderful house with every FS element perfect, but it cost a hand and a leg. But then, costing a hand and a leg is not the problem of the FS master. His job is just to tell you about the house.

 

In short, forget about the FS master. Just buy something that you can afford and you find it comfortable the moment you walk in.

 

I have spent loads of $$$$ on various FS masters to learn this.

Agreed, FS can help u hardly 8-1O% maximum, provided FS is super good

 

it is yr "butzhi" tat indicate where u should be heading in term of career, etc...

 

bad FS wud not hurt "goodhearted ppl", whereas good FS wud not protect "badhearted ppl"

Actually it's DIYable (to be your own FS master). Read up and exercise some common sense when shopping for your house. But then, sometimes common sense is uncommon.
