Talking about those dancing clubs, I always hang around there watching those 'ladies' with heavy make-ups & dress up like dolls with men, smoking, screaming and at times fighting with another same kind ........ I remember when there are exhibitions at Great World, they will shine 3 very bright spot lights into the night sky. And from far, once ppl see those 3 bright lights, they know that something is 'on' at Great World and I always pester my father to bring me there ..... I also remember that when taking bus there, always drop off after you see "Times House" (former Straits Times printing house) ....... I remember when I was very young, these amusement parks were still around but I was too small to know what are the location or the attractions inside. 新世界 is also amusement park or its just a hotel?
