if one hv bad credit & ex-bankruptcy, i doubt one can apply loan that easily without a good guarantor.

I know ex bankruptcies can forget about insecure loan for the rest of their life, not even reno loans, not sure about car loans though.

no idea how in house loan works, how they gauge yr capabilities to pay, etc.

I used to know a few ah bengs with no "proper" job but they managed to get in house loan to drive cars. go around geylang and u can see many....

all i know is if u are ex bankruptcy, u can forget about any loans for the rest of your life, unless you have tons of money to put as fix deposit

(still case to case basis) to offset your loan in case u cant pay up.

so wats the min income to take on a 35k 90% or 100% loan?

iirc loan approved used to be at least 1/4 of your pay, meaning, if you car monthly installment is $1000, u need to have a monthly basic of $4000.
