Move Taxis to CAT B at least. These are cars above 1.6litres !!

Let the Taxis Coy Join the normal COE Bidding like what one of the Bro say in of the tread. If the Taxi is above 1600cc then they Taxi Coy got to bid Cat B. But if the Taxi is below 1600cc then the Taxi Coy can join the Cat A bid. I think this will be more fairer...

taxi should be lump into commercial vehicle cat C imho
