With the news of COE quota reduction spread throughout 3years. Will the COE still go North? Or is it time to go South?

bro, without $40,001 to $ 55,000, how to vote for Cat B?

You seems very sure Cat B will never fall below $35.000 [:p]

I think CAT.A has the potential to crash to very low value.

Look at last round, where last minute taxi companies come out to bid, if not it would have being $1.

Was there a large surge in Cat.A buyers last week? I don't think so.

So I am going to try my luck to bid for it this wEdnesday. If can get less than $5000, I would like to get one small car for my wife to drive our kids to school.

Tomorrow need to transfer $10,000 into my DBS account, so that can bid on Wednesday!

What they say is true about erection cumming.......properties and COE will be the cheapest!

After the less than 25% quota cut, and the new property penalty rule, I chose to believe that this gov will engineer a coe crash and property crash. Ok not crash...but the lowest it will every be to gather support for the cumin erection.

My wife also cho-cho me to start studying the property market....and want to get a condo in six months time when the property would be the lowest!

HUAT AH.

Rules for taxi companies to add at least 100 cabs by 1st year and 400 cabs by 4th gear will continue to fuel CAT A.

Also a chance for smaller ADs to jump in and try to secure COE for the last few chances.
